The Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport project represented the Metropolitan Airports Commission's nearly $4,300,000,000 system-wide Capital Improvement Plan for the period 2024 through 2030, in Fort Snelling, Minnesota. The multi-year program encompassed a wide range of airside projects, from deicing pad improvements to taxiway reconstruction, across one of the nation's major hub airports. Successfully executing a program of this scale and complexity required consultants with deep experience in complex airfield environments. Scope of Work
PRESWERX developed the pursuit proposal for the Metropolitan Airports Commission's consulting services selection. The proposal covered the client's qualifications and approach to a six-year, system-wide capital improvement program at Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport, addressing the full range of airside project types included in the CIP. Content was organized to meet MAC's procurement format and evaluation criteria, presenting the client's experience with complex airfield environments, project- specific technical depth, and program management capability in a clear and compliant structure.
