Project Overview
Miami-Dade County set out to develop a new control center for one of its water treatment facilities under the Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department. The project involved constructing a purpose-built operations facility designed to house the monitoring, management, and coordination functions critical to the plant's daily operation. As a piece of essential public infrastructure serving one of the country's largest urban water systems, the project demanded a presentation that could communicate both the building's functional precision and its civic significance. The client engaged PRESWERX to produce the visual materials needed to support the pursuit.
Client Challenges
Pursuing a new control center for a public water utility meant communicating a technically specialized facility to a government owner with high standards for both design and operational performance. The core challenges were clear:
