Project Overview
The Medical Office Building and Ambulatory Surgery Center was a new construction project in Daphne, Alabama, developed for Infirmary Health System in the Malbis community. The two-story, approximately 90,000 square foot building was planned adjacent to an existing medical office building, housing an ambulatory surgical center and imaging center on the first floor, with a women's imaging center and physician offices on the second. The scope included site work, utilities, shell and core, and clinical buildout, all subject to Alabama Department of Public Health oversight. PRESWERX supported the pursuit by developing the presentation, renderings, animations, and coaching the client's team for the interview.

Client Challenges
Healthcare construction pursuits for a private health system require both clinical credibility and design confidence. The client faced specific pressures going into this selection:
Communicating the complexity of a two-program clinical facility, an ASC and multiple imaging centers, within a single, cohesive presentation
Visualizing design quality and patient-facing character for a health system owner with defined expectations for the care environment
Demonstrating familiarity with the ADPH regulatory environment governing this type of facility
Renderings and animations were critical for helping Infirmary Health see the design quality of the finished building before any commitment was made.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX developed a selection presentation, renderings, animations, and a coaching program for the client's pursuit with Infirmary Health System. The presentation covered the client's qualifications and approach to a two-story clinical facility with distinct programs on each floor, addressing the ambulatory surgical center, imaging centers, and ADPH regulatory requirements. Renderings and animations visualized the design quality and clinical character of the building, giving the owner a concrete sense of the patient and provider experience. Coaching prepared the team to deliver with confidence and handle questions specific to the health system's program and expectations.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX approached this pursuit knowing that healthcare owners evaluate on specificity: Infirmary Health was investing in facilities that would directly serve patients.
Developed a presentation structured around the building's two clinical programs, the ASC and imaging centers, as distinct spaces with distinct operational needs
Produced renderings and animations conveying design quality and patient-facing character in a format suited to a health system audience
Coached the team to connect the presentation to Infirmary Health's clinical priorities and handle regulatory questions with confidence
The materials were built to earn clinical credibility, not just demonstrate construction capability.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX delivered a presentation, renderings, animations, and coaching calibrated to a private health system's selection for a complex clinical facility.
The presentation communicated the client's approach to a two-program building, covering the ASC, imaging centers, and ADPH regulatory context, in a clear, owner-focused format
Renderings and animations gave Infirmary Health a design-forward view of the patient and provider experience
Coaching prepared the team to deliver with the precision and clinical fluency the setting required
The client entered the Infirmary Health selection as a prepared team with materials that reflected the seriousness of the program.
