Project Overview
The Massport Terminal C Optimization Project was a $193,000,000 renovation, addition, and connector program at Logan International Airport in Boston, Massachusetts. The project delivered a complete post-security connection from Terminal C Pier C through to Terminal B Pier A, involving extensive renovations to existing structures, building additions, demolition of an existing seven-story tower and pedestrian bridge, and significant modifications to passenger hold rooms, amenities, and back-of-house facilities. The work was executed entirely within an active airport environment, bounded on all sides by live operations. PRESWERX supported the client's pursuit by developing the proposal and producing pursuit films.

Client Challenges
A $193 million active-airport renovation at one of the country's busiest terminals demands pursuit materials as sophisticated as the project itself. The client faced specific pressures:
Communicating a scope spanning demolition, renovation, building additions, and a cross-terminal connector in a way that gave Massport confidence in the team's approach
Conveying the precision required to execute in a fully active airport environment surrounded by live operations on all sides
Bringing the project's scale and character to life in a format a written proposal alone could not deliver
The films were central to meeting that standard.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX developed a pursuit proposal and produced films for the Massachusetts Port Authority selection. The proposal captured the client's qualifications and approach to a complex, active-airport program covering demolition of an existing seven-story tower, terminal renovations and additions, a post-security cross-terminal connector, and expanded passenger and back-of-house facilities. The films brought the project to life visually, communicating the scope, character, and operational sensitivity of the work in a format designed to resonate with a sophisticated airport authority audience. Together, the proposal and films presented the client as a team capable of executing at this level without disrupting a live airport environment.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX approached this engagement with the films as the primary differentiator, building visual content that communicated what written materials alone could only describe.
Produced films capturing the full scope of the Terminal C program, from tower demolition to the cross-terminal connector, in a format suited to a major airport authority audience
Developed proposal content framing the client's qualifications and the operational sensitivity of working within a fully active airport environment
Aligned the film and proposal narratives so both pieces reinforced the same story throughout the submission
The visual work carried the weight of the pursuit.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX delivered a proposal and pursuit films calibrated to the complexity of a $193 million active-airport renovation at Logan International.
The films brought the Terminal C program to life visually, communicating scope, sequencing, and operational context in a format static materials could not replicate
The proposal established the client's qualifications and approach to a technically demanding, multi-phase airport project
Together, the two deliverables formed a cohesive pursuit package suited to a sophisticated airport authority audience
The client entered the Massport selection with materials that reflected the scale and seriousness of the project.
