The Marion County Admin Remodel was a $23 million interior renovation of the Marion County Sheriff's Office Operations Building in Ocala, Florida. The 41,339-square-foot facility underwent a comprehensive remodel designed to accommodate increased personnel and improve operational efficiency by relocating coordinating departments into adjacent spaces. The project required the client to articulate a complex, occupied-facility renovation to a sophisticated public-sector owner. PRESWERX was engaged to develop the pursuit proposal, build the selection presentation, and prepare the client's team through targeted coaching.
