Project Overview
The Manatee County Sheriff Fleet Facility was a new law enforcement support facility for the Manatee County Sheriff's Office, located in Bradenton, Florida. The project encompassed a 27,435-square-foot structure on approximately 41 acres, combining 4,075 square feet of administrative space with a 23,360-square-foot vehicle maintenance building. The structure featured masonry bearing walls and a pre-engineered metal frame, finished with stucco and metal wall panels beneath a standing seam and TPO roof system. A dedicated truck wash, expansive parking surfaces, and supporting site landscaping rounded out the program. The client engaged PRESWERX to lead pursuit strategy, produce visual content, and prepare the team for a competitive selection.
Client Challenges
Pursuing a competitive public safety contract required the client to communicate a complex, multi-function program clearly to a government owner with high expectations:
Translating a large maintenance and administration program into a unified visual story for evaluators unfamiliar with construction drawings
Differentiating the team in a competitive bid for a high-profile public safety project
Producing renderings and animations that conveyed both the facility's character and its operational function
Preparing the team for a live selection interview under the scrutiny of a public procurement process
Together, these challenges called for a coordinated pursuit strategy that connected visual quality, written narrative, and interview performance.
Scope of Work
PRESWERX delivered a full-spectrum pursuit package tailored to the demands of the Manatee County Sheriff Fleet Facility. The team authored the proposal, shaping the written narrative to address the Sheriff's Office's operational priorities and connect the client's qualifications to the project's specific requirements. Photorealistic renderings and animations visualized the completed facility in detail, giving evaluators a clear picture of the finished product before construction began. A custom presentation was built to structure the client's interview story, and PRESWERX provided hands-on presentation coaching to sharpen delivery, timing, and team coordination ahead of the selection.
