Project Overview

Loretto Elementary School in Jacksonville, Florida was the focus of a comprehensive, referendum-funded renovation and expansion totaling $21.4 million. The project prioritized safety and security improvements, including new cameras, additional fencing, and secured entry and exit points, before addressing years of deferred maintenance across roofing, facades, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical infrastructure. Classroom environments were fully reconfigured to meet the needs of modern teaching and learning, and permanent classrooms were added to replace portable units and accommodate current enrollment pressures and future growth. PRESWERX provided renderings, animations, and films to support the client's selection effort.

Client Challenges

The client needed to present a wide-ranging scope to a school district owner in a way that felt cohesive, credible, and easy to evaluate. The core challenges were:

  • Translating a complex, multi-priority scope covering safety upgrades, deferred maintenance, and new construction into a single, unified story

  • Helping the district visualize significant physical changes to an occupied school campus before a single wall was touched

  • Differentiating the team in a competitive selection for a high-visibility public school project

  • Equipping the team with polished visual material to carry into the live selection presentation

Each challenge required the client's proposal to feel both thorough and accessible to a non-technical evaluator.

Scope of Work

PRESWERX produced a full suite of visual deliverables tailored to the complexity of this phased school renovation. Architectural renderings depicted the exterior improvements, including upgraded facades, new fencing, and secured entry points, giving district evaluators a clear picture of the finished campus. Animated sequences brought the interior classroom reconfigurations to life, showing how modernized spaces would support contemporary teaching methods and technology integration. A professionally produced film tied all the deliverables together, framing the client's approach to safety, deferred maintenance, and enrollment growth in a format calibrated for a district-level review board.

PRESWERX Approach

PRESWERX treated this as a storytelling challenge as much as a production assignment. The scope was broad, so every deliverable needed to reinforce the same narrative rather than exist in isolation.

  • Developed exterior renderings that captured the safety and aesthetic improvements at the center of the referendum commitment

  • Created animations that walked evaluators through updated classroom interiors aligned to modern instructional models

  • Produced a film that organized the full project scope into a compelling, executive-level narrative for the district

The result was a visually consistent package that positioned the client as a prepared, detail-oriented team with a clear plan for the campus.

Results Delivered

PRESWERX delivered a complete visual package held to the standard expected for a $21 million public school project evaluated by a district-level board. Each deliverable carried specific weight in the pursuit:

  • Renderings gave evaluators a concrete, detailed preview of the campus improvements, making the proposal tangible before construction began

  • Animations clarified how classroom reconfigurations would function in practice, reducing uncertainty for district decision-makers

  • The film synthesized the full scope into an executive-level narrative, giving the presentation a professional finish that reinforced the client's readiness

The client entered the selection with a polished, visually unified package that made a complex, multi-priority project feel organized and well-considered.
