Project Overview

Collier County sought a construction management firm to deliver two new hardened fire rescue stations serving the Naples area. Fire Station No. 91 at 1625 Davis Boulevard and Fire Station No. 92 at 1031 County Barn Road were each built to meet current building codes and hurricane resistance standards, ensuring durable service for their respective communities. The full scope encompassed construction management at risk (CMAR) services across pre-construction and construction phases. To compete for this project, the client engaged PRESWERX to produce a pursuit presentation, visual renderings, animations, and film content that articulated the team's approach and qualifications.

Client Challenges

The client needed to stand out in a competitive CMAR procurement for a technically demanding, dual-station public safety project:

  • Communicating distinct scope and operational requirements for two simultaneous facilities without losing narrative coherence

  • Demonstrating readiness for hardened, hurricane-resistant construction to a discerning county evaluation panel

  • Differentiating the team visually in a field of equally qualified competitors

Presenting a unified, confident story across both facilities was essential to earning the committee's trust.

Scope of Work

PRESWERX developed a complete pursuit package tailored to the Collier County selection process. The team produced a structured presentation that organized the client's approach to both fire station facilities into a clear, sequential narrative for the evaluation panel. Custom renderings brought each station's hardened design to life, giving the committee a vivid sense of the finished facilities before construction began. Supporting animations illustrated construction phasing and site logistics, while a pursuit film wove together the client's firm identity, technical capabilities, and commitment to delivering resilient public safety infrastructure.

PRESWERX Approach

PRESWERX approached this pursuit as a storytelling challenge: two facilities, one cohesive narrative, and a selection panel that expected precision from every presenter in the room.

  • Structured the presentation to cover both stations as a unified program without sacrificing technical clarity

  • Developed renderings, animations, and a pursuit film that made the hardened facility design concrete and compelling

  • Coached the presenting team until delivery was confident, polished, and well-timed

The result was a client team that entered the selection room prepared and in full command of their story.

Results Delivered

PRESWERX delivered a complete visual and narrative pursuit package built to the standards of a competitive county procurement:

• The pursuit presentation gave the selection committee a clear, sequenced view of the client's approach to both fire station facilities

• Renderings and animations translated the hardened structural design into images the committee could immediately grasp and evaluate

• The pursuit film reinforced the client's firm identity and conveyed genuine commitment to delivering resilient public safety infrastructure

The client's team entered the selection with polished materials and a fully rehearsed story, ready for any question the panel might ask.
