Project Overview
LaBelle High School represented the first new high school constructed in Hendry County in nearly three decades. The 220,000-square-foot campus in LaBelle, Florida was designed to serve approximately 1,500 students and replace a facility originally built in the 1970s. Valued at $123 million, the project encompassed advanced academic classrooms, career and technical education spaces, athletics facilities, and enhanced safety and accessibility features. Hendry County School District commissioned the campus to deliver a modern learning environment built to serve the region for generations. PRESWERX partnered with the client to build a comprehensive pursuit package that communicated the full scale and vision of this milestone project.

Client Challenges
The client faced the challenge of making a once-in-a-generation public school project compelling and clear to a selection committee. The pursuit demanded cohesive storytelling, strong visuals, and polished preparation across every deliverable:
Communicating the scope of a 220,000-square-foot, $123 million campus as a unified, easy-to-follow narrative for a non-technical review panel
Differentiating the team in a competitive field for one of Hendry County's largest public investments
Visualizing a modern campus design before construction began, to build the owner's confidence in the team's capabilities
Preparing for a high-stakes live interview that required a coordinated, confident team performance
Each challenge called for purposeful content that would earn the selection committee's trust.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX developed a full pursuit package for the project bid. The team produced a proposal tailored to Hendry County School District's evaluation criteria, making clear the client's qualifications and vision for the campus. Architectural renderings brought the 220,000-square-foot facility to life visually, allowing reviewers to picture the finished school before ground was broken. Animations added motion and depth to the spatial narrative, while a project film synthesized the team's story and approach into a single, high-impact production. Presentation coaching then prepared the client's team for the live interview, sharpening delivery, sequencing, and confidence under pressure.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX approached the pursuit as an integrated storytelling challenge rather than a set of standalone deliverables. With a landmark public project at stake, every piece needed to reinforce a consistent narrative.
The proposal was structured around the owner's evaluation priorities, framing the client's qualifications in clear, relevant terms
Renderings and animations were developed together to build a coherent visual identity for the campus across all materials
Coaching sessions were tailored to the live interview format, preparing the team to present with clarity and confidence
The result was a cohesive pursuit package built to communicate at every stage of the selection process.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX delivered a full suite of pursuit materials built to the standard a $123 million public school procurement demands. Each deliverable was designed to communicate clearly at every stage of the selection process.
The proposal gave evaluators a structured account of the client's qualifications and project approach
Renderings and animations provided a vivid visual preview of a campus that did not yet exist, giving the owner a concrete sense of what the client was promising to build
A project film and coaching sessions ensured the team arrived at the interview with a unified story and the preparation to deliver it
The client entered the selection process equipped, polished, and confident.
