The client pursued the replacement of a Kaiser Permanente hospital, a competitive healthcare procurement that required presenting a technically complex construction approach as a clear, owner-facing story. The project centered on the construction of a new full-service replacement hospital, a program with significant depth across clinical operations, structural systems, and construction phasing. To build a pursuit package equal to the scale of that challenge, the client engaged PRESWERX to produce proposal content, a selection presentation, presentation coaching, architectural renderings, animations, and a project film.
