Project Overview
The JPS Medical Office Building represented a significant investment in outpatient healthcare infrastructure for Fort Worth, Texas. The project encompassed approximately 245,000 square feet at the corner of West Magnolia Avenue and South Main Street, designed to consolidate all campus outpatient services into a single facility. The planned program included an Ambulatory Surgery Center, Surgical Health Specialties, Imaging, Primary Care and Specialty Clinics, Pharmacy, and Laboratory services, all as part of the JPS Health Network Facilities Master Plan Program. The client engaged PRESWERX to lead the pursuit through a comprehensive package that included proposal development, presentation design, presentation coaching, renderings, animations, and films.

Client Challenges
The client faced a complex pursuit: communicating the scale and vision of a $120 million, 245,000-square-foot public healthcare facility to a structured evaluating panel. Key challenges included:
Translating a technically complex program spanning clinical, surgical, and support functions into a story that would resonate with a non-clinical review panel
Visualizing a building that did not yet exist so the owner could understand the patient experience and design intent before construction began
Differentiating the team's qualifications and approach against experienced competitors in a structured Construction Manager at Risk selection process
Every challenge pointed to the same need: a coordinated, high-quality submission that communicated both capability and vision.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX produced a full pursuit package tailored to the demands of this large-scale healthcare project. The team developed a written proposal that framed the client's qualifications and project understanding in clear, credible terms. A polished presentation was designed specifically for the formal selection interview, giving the client a structured visual narrative for the room. To help the team communicate their approach confidently and consistently, PRESWERX also provided hands-on presentation coaching sessions. Architectural renderings brought the planned facility to life visually, while animations and films conveyed the patient journey and the building's relationship to the surrounding JPS campus.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX approached this pursuit as a storytelling challenge. The goal was to make a large, complex healthcare facility feel tangible and human to the people reviewing the submission.
Developed a proposal narrative that translated technical scope into a focused, compelling case for the team's approach to the project
Produced renderings, animations, and films that anchored the visual story in the patient experience and the facility's role within the broader JPS Health Network campus
Conducted coaching sessions that aligned the team's live verbal delivery with the presentation materials, so the story held together from the first slide to the last answer
The result was a unified submission where every element reinforced the same message.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX delivered a complete, polished pursuit package built to the standard a $120 million public healthcare project demands.
The proposal gave the client a focused, well-structured written narrative that clearly communicated scope understanding and technical competence to the Tarrant County Hospital District
Renderings, animations, and films gave evaluators a vivid, credible picture of the proposed facility, helping them visualize the patient experience and campus integration before construction began
Coaching sessions sharpened the team's live presentation so their delivery matched the quality of the written and visual materials
The client entered the selection fully prepared to make a strong, confident case for the project.
