Project Overview
The Jewish Community Alliance expansion added more than 15,000 square feet of space through a new two story building on the organization's Jacksonville, Florida campus. The project introduced security enhancements in the J. Wayne and Delores Barr Weaver Welcome Area and across the broader campus, giving members and guests improved service and safety. It also brought a state of the art splash pad for all ages and expanded fitness and wellness offerings, while giving the entire campus a dynamic, modern look. For the pursuit, the client engaged PRESWERX to develop the presentation materials needed to bring the expansion's scope and design vision to life.
Client Challenges
Presenting a multifaceted campus expansion to a community focused audience required addressing several hurdles:
Communicating a wide ranging scope spanning new construction, security upgrades, and recreational amenities as one unified story.
Visualizing the campus's new modern look, including the splash pad and wellness spaces, before construction began.
Preparing the team for a live selection presentation to a community stakeholder audience.
Together, these challenges called for presentation materials that made a complex, multi-use expansion easy to grasp at a glance.
Scope of Work
PRESWERX developed the presentation, presentation coaching, renderings, and animations used to support the pursuit of the Jewish Community Alliance expansion. Renderings and animations translated the new two story building, the enhanced Welcome Area, the splash pad, and the expanded fitness and wellness spaces into visuals the selection committee could evaluate ahead of construction. These materials tied the individual elements, including security, recreation, and wellness, into a single cohesive picture of the finished campus. Presentation coaching prepared the team's speakers to walk stakeholders through the expansion with clarity and confidence during the live selection process.
