Project Overview
The Indian Springs Elementary, Middle, and High School Replacement was a $76.9 million educational campus project for Clark County School District in Indian Springs, Nevada. Situated on an existing 37.2-acre parcel, the project required constructing three new school buildings while existing facilities remained fully occupied and operational throughout construction. The phased approach encompassed abatement and demolition of the existing structures, construction of new athletic fields, courts, parking, and off-site improvements, and installation of new wet and dry utility infrastructure. The client engaged PRESWERX to develop the proposal, presentations, renderings, and animations needed to compete for the project.
Client Challenges
Replacing three active school buildings on a live, constrained campus created a pursuit with significant complexity to communicate: the client needed a package that translated intricate phasing into a compelling, owner-focused story. Key challenges included:
Conveying a multi-phase construction sequence on an occupied site without overwhelming the selection committee with technical detail
Visualizing new facilities that did not yet exist, helping the owner see design quality and campus character before construction began
Differentiating the team in a competitive bid for a major public school district project
Preparing for a live selection presentation that needed to instill confidence in a diverse, non-technical review panel

Scope of Work
PRESWERX developed a comprehensive pursuit package tailored to the demands of the Indian Springs campus replacement. The team produced a proposal that organized the project's phased construction narrative into a clear, owner-accessible document. Custom renderings depicted the new elementary, middle, and high school buildings on the existing 37.2-acre site, giving the owner a concrete visual of the completed campus. Animations brought the phasing sequence to life, illustrating how new construction would proceed while existing school operations continued uninterrupted. PRESWERX also developed the client's selection presentation and provided coaching to sharpen delivery ahead of the interview.
