Project Overview
The IAH Catering Facility was a large-scale airport catering infrastructure project located at George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Humble, Texas. Encompassing approximately 150,000 square feet, the proposed facility was designed to meet the full operational demands of one of the country's busiest international airports, with high-capacity kitchen environments, food staging areas, and logistics infrastructure built for continuous operation. The scope required pursuit materials capable of conveying both the technical complexity and the scale of the program to a competitive selection panel. PRESWERX was engaged to produce the complete suite of pursuit deliverables for the client's team.
Client Challenges
A 150,000-square-foot airport catering facility demanded pursuit materials as specialized as the building itself. The client's team needed to address:

Scope of Work
