Project Overview
The Howard County Public School System undertook a comprehensive capital improvement initiative aligned with its FY2025 Capital Budget, encompassing systemic renovations, additions, and facility upgrades across multiple school buildings throughout Howard County, Maryland. The program addressed growing capacity pressures, aging infrastructure, and the need to modernize learning environments to meet current educational standards and community needs. Competing for a position on the HCPSS Architect Pool required more than strong qualifications. It demanded a pursuit package capable of telling a complex, multi-project story with clarity and confidence.
