Project Overview
A $1,400,000,000 expansion at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport called for a transformation of one of the world's busiest aviation facilities. Concourse D underwent a widening program, with a 31-foot expansion on the east side and a 10-foot expansion on the west, bringing the total width to 99 feet. The expanded building footprint reached 211,000 square feet across the apron and boarding levels, with an additional 20,000-square-foot airline lounge at the roof level. The client engaged PRESWERX to develop and refine the pursuit presentation, and to coach their team for the live selection interview.

Client Challenges
Competing for a $1,400,000,000 concourse expansion at one of the world's busiest airports required the client to demonstrate command over a project of exceptional complexity:
Communicating a phased construction strategy that kept no more than eight gates inoperable at any time during an active, high-traffic aviation environment.
Presenting a coherent approach to construction methodology, systems efficiency, and total passenger experience as a unified, well-considered plan.
Differentiating the team in a high-stakes aviation procurement with significant public and operational scrutiny.
The client needed a presentation that conveyed technical mastery and operational awareness at a scale that matched the project's significance.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX developed and refined the pursuit presentation for the Hartsfield-Jackson Concourse D Expansion, building a narrative that addressed the full complexity of a widening program across 211,000 square feet of active airport infrastructure. The presentation covered the phased construction strategy, construction methodology, systems selection, and the passenger experience vision for the expanded concourse and 20,000-square-foot rooftop airline lounge. PRESWERX worked closely with the client's team to sharpen content and flow across each section. Coaching sessions then prepared the client's presenters to deliver with authority and precision in front of the City of Atlanta Department of Aviation selection panel.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX focused on making an exceptionally complex aviation program legible and compelling for a sophisticated owner audience. The team addressed three priorities:
Structuring the presentation narrative to walk the Department of Aviation through phasing, construction approach, and passenger experience as a single, integrated story.
Refining slide content and flow to project authority and confidence at the scale the project demanded.
Running coaching sessions calibrated to the expectations and dynamics of a major public aviation authority interview.
The result was a client team that arrived at the selection prepared to match the moment.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX delivered a pursuit presentation and coaching process equal to the demands of a $1,400,000,000 aviation procurement:
The presentation organized a complex, phased widening program into a clear, authoritative narrative the Department of Aviation could evaluate with confidence.
Coaching sessions prepared each presenter to deliver with precision and poise in front of one of the most scrutinized aviation owners in the country.
The client entered the selection with a unified, well-rehearsed message that reflected the full depth of their approach to the project.
The team went into the room ready to compete at the highest level of aviation construction.
