Project Overview
The Greer Indoor Athletic Facility represented a significant investment in community recreation infrastructure for the Greer area of South Carolina. The project called for the design and construction of a purpose-built indoor athletic venue, delivering versatile competition and training space for athletes across multiple sports disciplines. Securing the work required the pursuing team to communicate a compelling design vision, demonstrate technical depth, and stand out in a competitive selection process. To meet that challenge, the client engaged PRESWERX to lead the full pursuit effort, from proposal development through presentation coaching, renderings, animations, and film production

Client Challenges
The client faced a multilayered pursuit challenge that required both strategic storytelling and high-quality visual communication:
Translating a technically complex athletic facility program into a clear, owner-focused narrative
Visualizing the finished facility for evaluators who could not yet see the design in physical form
Differentiating the team in a competitive selection field through a polished, professional presentation
Preparing spokespeople to perform with confidence and precision during a live interview format
Each of these challenges demanded a coordinated pursuit strategy that aligned written, visual, and verbal communication into a single, persuasive story.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX delivered a comprehensive pursuit support package tailored to the specific demands of the Greer Indoor Athletic Facility competition. The engagement began with full proposal development, including narrative strategy, content writing, and document design, shaped to speak directly to the priorities of the selection panel. High-resolution architectural renderings brought the facility to life visually, giving evaluators a vivid sense of scale, materiality, and athletic functionality before a shovel hit the ground. Motion animation extended that visual story into a dynamic format, while a purpose-built pursuit film wove the team's qualifications, project vision, and community commitment into a single cohesive piece. Throughout the process, PRESWERX also led intensive presentation coaching to sharpen the client's delivery and ensure every spokesperson entered the room prepared.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX approached the Greer pursuit as a strategic communications challenge, not just a production assignment. The goal was to build a pursuit package where every deliverable reinforced the same core message about the team's vision for the facility and its value to the community.
Developed a proposal narrative that anchored the team's approach in community benefit and operational excellence, moving beyond credentials to address what the owner actually cared about
Produced renderings and animations calibrated to show the facility at its most functional and visually compelling, emphasizing spaces that would resonate most with athletic program stakeholders
Ran structured coaching sessions that aligned the presentation team around key talking points, refined pacing and delivery, and built confidence for the live interview environment
The result was a fully integrated pursuit package in which the proposal, visuals, film, and live presentation all told the same story.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX produced a complete suite of pursuit materials held to the standards expected in competitive public-sector selections. Each deliverable was designed not only to meet the requirements of the solicitation but to exceed them in presentation quality and strategic clarity.
The proposal provided a structured, visually polished narrative that clearly communicated scope, approach, and team qualifications in terms aligned with owner priorities
Renderings and animations gave evaluators a concrete, immersive preview of the finished facility, reducing ambiguity and building confidence in the team's design intent
The pursuit film and coaching program ensured the client entered the selection interview with a rehearsed, disciplined delivery and a unified message across all presenters
The client went into the selection fully prepared, backed by a pursuit package that reflected the quality and commitment of the team pursuing the work.
