Project Overview
The Golden Mesa Casino and Hotel expansion was a $78 million project in Guymon, Oklahoma that transformed an existing gaming destination into a full-service entertainment and hospitality complex. Spanning 111,550 square feet, the program encompassed a 40,000-square-foot gaming floor addition with 600 new machines, two new dining concepts, a 45-slip RV park, and a four-story, 100-key hotel with a lobby, coffee bar, and complete back-of-house facilities. Construction proceeded while the casino remained fully operational, adding meaningful complexity to the phasing narrative. PRESWERX was brought in to produce the renderings, animations, and films needed to support the client's pursuit.

Client Challenges
The client faced the challenge of communicating a large, multi-component expansion as a single, compelling story to the selection committee: a $78 million program that touched gaming, dining, hospitality, and outdoor amenities all at once.
Conveying the full scope of a complex, phased expansion spanning a gaming floor addition, two dining concepts, an RV park, and a four-story hotel as one unified vision
Illustrating design quality and the guest experience across multiple program types before construction began
Demonstrating the team's ability to manage active construction around a fully operational casino
Differentiating a technically complex, live-environment delivery in a competitive selection process
Together, these challenges called for visualization materials that could carry the full weight of the project's ambition and the client's operational expertise.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX produced a comprehensive suite of visual assets tailored to the specific demands of the Golden Mesa pursuit. Architectural renderings captured the exterior presence of the new hotel entry, the gaming floor addition, and key interior environments, giving reviewers a precise sense of the project's scale and design quality. Animations walked the selection committee through the full guest journey across each program element, from the expanded gaming floor to the hotel lobby, dining venues, and RV park. Film production wove together the client team's story, the project's phasing approach, and the broader community significance of the Oklahoma Panhandle investment into a cohesive pursuit narrative.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX treated this engagement as a storytelling challenge as much as a visualization challenge, developing assets that connected the project's scale to its community significance and the client's operational capability.
Developed exterior and interior renderings that prioritized the guest experience across each distinct program area, from the gaming floor to hotel suite finishes
Scripted and produced animations that sequenced through the complete guest journey, making an 111,550-square-foot program legible and compelling to a non-technical audience
Created a pursuit film that framed the phasing strategy and the investment's regional significance as a single, persuasive narrative
The result was a fully integrated visual toolkit that gave the client a clear, confident voice heading into the selection process.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX delivered a fully integrated set of pursuit assets built to perform at the highest level of a competitive selection process, with each deliverable engineered to communicate a specific dimension of the client's capabilities.
Renderings provided precise, high-quality visualizations of the expanded gaming floor, hotel exterior and lobby, and key guest amenities, giving reviewers an immediate and accurate sense of the finished project
Animations gave the selection panel a fluid, scene-by-scene walkthrough of the full guest experience across all program components before a single wall was built
The pursuit film synthesized the phasing strategy, operational complexity, and community investment narrative into a concise, memorable package that reinforced the team's readiness
The client entered the selection fully equipped with materials that communicated both the ambition of a $78 million project and the depth of the team prepared to deliver it.
