Project Overview
The Go To Nations World Headquarters project called for the construction of the Global Missions Center on the campus of Eden Gardens Farm in Jacksonville, Florida. Valued at $6 million, the development was designed as a living model of integrated Gospel ministry and practical community service, housing Bible schools, missionary internship and training programs, and an active farm focused on agricultural development. Young and experienced participants alike would move through the campus before being deployed to serve communities globally. The client engaged PRESWERX to develop the proposal, presentation materials, and coaching needed to carry this vision into a competitive pursuit.

Client Challenges
Translating a deeply mission-driven campus vision into a competitive pursuit package required solving several interconnected communication challenges:
Presenting a multi-program scope spanning ministry, education, and agricultural development as one cohesive story rather than a collection of unrelated components
Visualizing a project concept with no direct comparables in the pursuit marketplace, making it harder to anchor evaluators in familiar territory
Differentiating a values-led organization in a competitive selection process where project vision and team credibility both carried weight
Preparing the client team to present the project confidently and consistently in a live interview setting
Together, these challenges demanded a pursuit strategy built around the client's mission and calibrated to evaluator expectations.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX developed a complete pursuit package tailored to the distinct character of the Go To Nations World Headquarters project. The proposal captured the full scope and vision of the Global Missions Center at Eden Gardens Farm, weaving together the ministry programs, agricultural development initiatives, and community outreach components into a unified narrative that evaluators could follow from start to finish. Presentation materials translated that narrative into a visually organized format designed specifically for a selection panel, connecting the client's organizational mission to the practical details of project execution. Presentation coaching then prepared the client team to deliver the story with consistency, clarity, and composure in a live format.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX approached the engagement as a story challenge: the client's mission was genuinely distinctive, but it needed to be framed in terms that evaluators would recognize and value.
Built the proposal narrative around the integration of ministry, education, and agricultural development as a single unified purpose, so evaluators could understand the full campus vision without losing the thread
Developed presentation materials that guided the selection panel through the project with a clear visual and verbal structure, keeping the client's mission at the center rather than treating it as background
Conducted coaching sessions that prepared presenters to speak to the project with conviction and handle evaluator questions with composure and consistency
The result was a pursuit package that honored the client's mission while meeting the standards of a competitive selection process.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX produced a complete, polished pursuit package held to the standard of a competitive selection process for a project with no direct precedent in the market.
The proposal gave evaluators a clear, organized view of the project scope, program structure, and organizational purpose, making the case without relying on evaluator familiarity with faith-based or agricultural development models
The presentation materials distilled the campus vision into a confident, evaluator-ready format that communicated both the scale of the project and the depth of the client's commitment
Coaching sessions left the client team prepared to present their project with poise, keep their narrative on track under live interview conditions, and respond to questions from a place of preparation rather than improvisation
The client entered the selection process with a pursuit package that fully represented their vision and a team ready to deliver it.
