Project Overview

The Geisinger Community Medical Center Parking Garages project was a new construction initiative for Geisinger in Scranton, Pennsylvania. The project called for two new parking structures to serve the medical center campus, expanding capacity and improving access for patients, visitors, and staff at one of Pennsylvania's major integrated health systems. With parking as a critical component of the patient and visitor experience at any healthcare campus, the project carried operational significance beyond its physical scope. The client engaged PRESWERX to develop a full pursuit package, including a proposal, renderings, animations, and a coached interview presentation for the selection.

Client Challenges

The client needed to present a compelling case for a parking infrastructure project with direct implications for patient access and campus operations at a major health system:

  • Visualizing two new parking structures as cohesive, well-integrated additions to the Geisinger Community Medical Center campus.

  • Demonstrating a credible construction approach for an active healthcare campus where maintaining patient and visitor access throughout the build was a nonnegotiable requirement.

  • Differentiating the team across multiple deliverable types, from a written proposal to a coached live interview, in a competitive selection.

The pursuit required a full complement of materials, each calibrated to a health system audience that expected operational clarity as much as construction expertise.

Scope of Work

PRESWERX delivered a full pursuit package for Geisinger's selection, spanning a written proposal, photorealistic renderings, animations, a structured interview presentation, and coaching for the client's team. The renderings and animations captured the two new parking structures in the context of the medical center campus, conveying how the finished facilities would integrate with and improve the existing environment. The proposal organized the team's qualifications and construction approach into a clear, evaluator-ready document. The interview presentation and coaching prepared the team to deliver their case with confidence before Geisinger's selection panel.

PRESWERX Approach

PRESWERX approached the engagement as a full pursuit challenge, building each deliverable to reinforce a single, consistent story about the team's qualifications and their approach to the project.

  • Developed the proposal to directly address Geisinger's evaluation criteria, presenting the team's parking structure experience and campus construction approach in a clear, structured format.

  • Produced renderings and animations that showed the two garages as wellintegrated campus additions, giving the owner a clear picture of the finished facilities.

  • Built the interview presentation around the team's operational approach and coached the team to deliver it with confidence before a healthcare owner audience.

The result was an integrated pursuit package that gave the client a cohesive, consistent voice across every stage of the selection.

Results Delivered

PRESWERX delivered a complete pursuit package spanning every stage of the selection process.

  • The proposal gave the client a polished, evaluator-ready submission that communicated qualifications and approach in a format aligned with Geisinger's expectations.

  • Renderings and animations gave the owner a clear, compelling view of the finished parking structures and their integration with the medical center campus.

  • The interview presentation and coaching prepared the team to perform confidently across every phase of the live selection.

The client entered the selection with a unified, well-prepared package that covered every dimension of the pursuit.
