The $22,000,000 project encompasses a new 127,000 square foot school building sized to accommodate approximately 990 students, replacing an aging campus while keeping current facilities in operation throughout construction. The project is delivered in phases, allowing existing buildings to continue serving students until the new school is complete and ready to open. The client engaged PRESWERX to develop a presentation, coaching, renderings, animations, and film in support of the competitive pursuit.
Client Challenges
The client faced a pursuit where a campus replacement on an active school site had to communicate ambition and care at once:

Scope of Work
PRESWERX delivered a full pursuit package for the Garner Elementary School Campus Renovation in Winter Haven, Florida. The presentation organized the phased construction approach, making the multi-stage replacement of an active campus legible to Polk County Schools' evaluation team. Renderings depicted the new 127,000 square foot school across its key spaces, giving the district a visual picture of the completed campus and its 990-student capacity. Animations brought the new building to life in a dynamic format. Film gave the client an additional format for communicating the district investment. PRESWERX also provided coaching to prepare the team to deliver confidently.
