Project Overview
The Florida Department of Juvenile Justice undertook a $100 million construction program for juvenile detention facilities spanning three locations across the state. Each facility required purpose-built design tailored to secure detention standards, and the multi-site scope demanded a pursuit strategy that could communicate scale, coordination capability, and design quality as a single cohesive story. The client engaged PRESWERX to support the competitive procurement managed by the Florida Department of Management Services. Scope of Work
