Project Overview
Marion County's Fleet Management division in Ocala, Florida had outgrown its existing facility. With a growing fleet, increasing service demands, and an expanding Fire Fleet, the county needed a new consolidated building capable of supporting all four maintenance shops under one roof. The new 82,000-square-foot facility encompassed a Fleet Administration Office, 32 service bays, and a centralized parts room, at a total project value of $15,365,000. The client engaged PRESWERX to develop the pursuit package, including the proposal, presentation, and coaching to prepare the team for the competitive selection process.
Client Challenges
Translating a large, operationally complex facility program into a compelling pursuit package presented several obstacles:
