Project Overview
Fleet Landing pursued the development of a new $134 million senior living campus in Nocatee, Florida, designed to address the demand from more than 400 families waiting to join the original Fleet Landing community established in Atlantic Beach in 1990. The campus encompassed single-family homes and apartments for independent living, along with assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing, all supported by resortstyle amenities, activities, and services. The client served as general contractor and needed a comprehensive visual package to support the pursuit. PRESWERX produced the renderings, animations, and films that brought the proposed campus to life.

Client Challenges
The client needed to present a large-scale, multi-care senior living campus to a development team evaluating a $134 million investment in one of Florida's fastestgrowing communities:
Communicating the campus's full continuum of care, from independent living homes and apartments to assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing, as a cohesive and appealing community.
Visualizing resort-style amenities and residential character in a way that matched the lifestyle expectations of prospective residents and the operational vision of an established senior living brand.
Differentiating the client in a competitive selection for a high-value senior living project with strong market demand and an operator committed to its brand reputation.
Together, these challenges required a multi-format visual package capable of conveying both the scale of the campus and the quality of life it was designed to deliver.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX produced a comprehensive visual package for the Fleet Landing Nocatee pursuit, including architectural renderings, animations, and a film. The renderings captured the campus's residential character and the design quality of the independent living homes, apartment buildings, and care facilities across the site. The animations brought the campus to life in motion, conveying the resort-style amenities, community feel, and full continuum of care in a format suited for a competitive presentation. The film wove the project's narrative together in a polished, presentation-ready format that honored the Fleet Landing brand and the depth of resident demand behind the project.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX approached the pursuit with an understanding that this campus carried both a strong market story and a strong brand story, and that the visual package needed to honor both.
Developed renderings that captured the residential quality and resort-style character of the campus across the full continuum of care settings.
Produced animations that communicated the scope and lifestyle of the community in a dynamic format suited for a senior living development presentation.
Created a film that connected the project's design and program to the Fleet Landing brand and the more than 400 families waiting for this campus to be built.
The combined deliverables gave the client a multi-format visual package that matched the scale and significance of a $134 million senior living investment.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX delivered a full visual package that elevated the client's Fleet Landing pursuit and gave the owner a clear, compelling picture of the proposed Nocatee campus.
Renderings provided a concrete visual reference for the campus's residential character, care facility design, and resort-style amenity program across the full site.
Animations communicated the scope and lifestyle of the senior living community in a dynamic format that brought the campus to life for a competitive presentation audience.
The film gave the client a narrative-driven deliverable that connected the project's design quality to the Fleet Landing brand and the proven demand behind it.
The client's team entered the selection with a multi-format visual story capable of conveying both the scale of the campus and the quality of life it was built to deliver.
