Project Overview
The F.L. Stanton Elementary School Building Improvement and Renovations project involved Atlanta Public Schools' plan to upgrade the existing 59,000 square foot elementary school with a 2,100 square foot addition. The scope included renovated interior spaces, a full roof replacement, HVAC system improvements, new sprinkler systems, new windows, and repairs to various exterior components. Valued at $12 million, the project required a pursuit presentation that could tie a wide range of building system upgrades into one clear improvement story for an occupied school. The client engaged PRESWERX to develop the presentation, renderings, and animations needed to support the pursuit.

Client Challenges
Presenting a broad set of building system upgrades for an occupied elementary school created a distinct challenge for the team:
Communicating how interior renovations, a roof replacement, and HVAC upgrades fit together as one coordinated improvement plan.
Demonstrating an understanding of working within an active elementary school environment.
Standing out in a competitive K-12 construction management pursuit.
Together, these challenges called for a presentation built around clarity and coordination.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX developed the full presentation package for the F.L. Stanton Elementary School pursuit. The team produced a presentation deck that addressed the 59,000 square foot renovation and 2,100 square foot addition, including interior upgrades, the roof replacement, HVAC improvements, new sprinkler systems, and new windows. Renderings illustrated the renovated interior spaces and the new addition, giving reviewers a clear sense of the finished school. Animations demonstrated how the various building system upgrades would come together across the campus. PRESWERX also provided presentation coaching to prepare the team's speakers for the interview.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX approached the pursuit by organizing a wide range of building upgrades into one coordinated improvement narrative. The team:
Produced renderings and animations that connected the interior renovation, addition, and exterior improvements into one story.
Framed the presentation around the client's experience renovating occupied school facilities.
Coached presenters to speak clearly to the sequencing of multiple, simultaneous building system upgrades.
The result was a presentation that made a wide ranging scope of work easy to follow
Results Delivered
PRESWERX delivered a complete presentation package held to the standard of a $12 million K-12 renovation pursuit. Every element was built to hold up under interview scrutiny.
The renderings gave reviewers a clear sense of the renovated school and its new addition.
The animations clarified how the interior, roof, HVAC, and exterior improvements would come together.
The presentation coaching prepared the team's speakers to address a broad scope with confidence.
The client walked into the interview with a presentation as coordinated and well prepared as the renovation it represented.
