Project Overview
The Enterprise Information Technology and Employee Center project involved Sarasota County's plan to develop three new facilities on county owned land in Fruitville, Florida. The program combined new administrative offices and a data center for the county's Enterprise Information Technology department with a separate employee health facility for the Human Resources department, all sited near the intersection of Apex Road and Palmer Boulevard. Valued at $3.3 million, the project required a pursuit package that could clearly convey three distinct building types serving different county functions. The client engaged PRESWERX to develop the full range of pursuit materials needed to support the bid.

Client Challenges
Pursuing a project that combined three separate facility types under one contract presented a distinct challenge for the team:
Communicating the function and relationship of an office building, a data center, and an employee health facility within one cohesive story.
Differentiating the client's qualifications in a competitive pursuit for county government work.
Preparing for both a written submission and a live interview within the same procurement.
These factors called for a pursuit package that was thorough, cohesive, and interview ready.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX developed a complete pursuit package for the Enterprise Information Technology and Employee Center project. The team produced the written proposal addressing the county's requirements for the office, data center, and employee health components, along with a presentation deck and coaching to prepare the team for the interview. Renderings depicted each of the three facility types and their relationship to one another on the county owned site. Animations and a short film brought the proposed campus to life, giving reviewers a dynamic view of the finished project. Together, the deliverables formed a single, coordinated pursuit strategy.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX approached the pursuit by treating three distinct building types as one unified campus story. The team:
Wrote a proposal narrative that connected the office, data center, and employee health components under a single vision.
Produced renderings, animations, and a film that gave reviewers a consistent visual language across all three facilities.
Coached presenters to speak clearly to each component's function during the interview.
The result was a pursuit package that read as one coordinated plan rather than three separate projects.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX delivered a full pursuit package held to the standard of a competitive county government procurement. Every deliverable was built to reinforce the same campus wide vision.
The proposal gave reviewers a clear, organized account of the client's approach to all three facility types.
The renderings, animations, and film gave the county a tangible sense of the finished campus.
The presentation coaching prepared the team's speakers for a confident, unified interview.
The client entered the selection process with a pursuit package as coordinated and thorough as the project it described.
