Project Overview
The Walton County School District had long operated its administrative offices across five separate buildings, a fragmented arrangement that had persisted for more than 25 years. To address that, the district pursued a new 57,000-square-foot, two-story educational ancillary facility in Defuniak Springs, Florida, consolidating all district leadership and support functions under one roof. The building was designed to include a full complement of modern offices and a school boardroom capable of seating 150, positioned near Walton High School. PRESWERX supported the client's pursuit of this project, delivering a full suite of proposal, presentation, rendering, animation, and film services.

The client faced a competitive pursuit for a high-profile public facility with clear operational significance to the district. The challenges centered on communicating that significance and standing apart:
Translating a complex, multi-function administrative program into a single, compelling pursuit story
Visualizing the finished facility for a public-sector owner before a single wall had been built

Scope of Work
PRESWERX delivered a comprehensive suite of pursuit materials tailored to the Walton County School District project. The team produced a full proposal package, framing the client's qualifications and approach to consolidating the district's fragmented administrative operations into one cohesive facility. Alongside the proposal, PRESWERX developed presentation graphics and supporting visual content for the live selection interview, and provided hands-on presentation coaching to prepare the team for the high-stakes format. To bring the facility to life before construction, PRESWERX also produced architectural renderings, animations, and a project film, giving the owner a clear and confident picture of the finished building.
