Project Overview
Duncan U. Fletcher High School in Neptune Beach, Florida was the site of a $23.5 million capital renewal project undertaken by the client on behalf of Duval County Public Schools. The project encompassed building additions designed to accommodate growing student enrollment, new Career and Technical Education classrooms and labs for Information Technology and Science programs, and interior renovation work targeting deferred maintenance and improved circulation throughout the existing facility. Civil engineering improvements addressed vehicle flow and parking conditions on campus. PRESWERX supported the client's pursuit by producing renderings and animations that communicated the project's scope and design quality.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX produced a suite of renderings and animations tailored to the specific program at Duncan U. Fletcher High School.
