The Design Build Services for Shell Buildings was a $5.6 million design-build project for Duplin County, North Carolina, delivering two 50,000 SF shell buildings across separate industrial parks in Kenansville and Wallace. Each building was designed as a preengineered metal structure with brick or veneer finishes at the public entrance, featuring 30-foot clear ceiling heights, standing seam roofing, double-layer insulation, and an open layout ready for rapid conversion to manufacturing, warehousing, or office use. The buildings were intended to strengthen the county's economic development positioning by providing immediately marketable industrial space. The client engaged PRESWERX to develop the design-build proposal in support of the competitive pursuit.
