Project Overview
The State of Florida Department of Management Services sought a highly qualified Construction Management firm to lead the design and planning of a 225,000 SF office building and a 1,000-space parking garage at the Capitol Circle Office Complex in Tallahassee. The project demanded a team with demonstrated experience in office construction and structured parking, capable of navigating the planning and coordination expectations of a state government owner. The client engaged PRESWERX to develop the full pursuit package: renderings, animations, a structured presentation, and coaching to prepare the team for the live selection interview.

Client Challenges
Competing for a state government CM contract on a high-profile Tallahassee complex required the client to address a set of overlapping pursuit challenges:
Visualizing a building and garage that did not yet exist for a state owner evaluating teams against a program, not a completed design.
Communicating the team's qualifications across two distinct building types, a large office building and a structured parking facility, within a single cohesive pursuit narrative.
Preparing for a live interview before a state selection committee that expected both visual polish and confident, detailed responses to technical questions.
The pursuit required a complete package that could carry the team through every phase of the selection process.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX delivered the full suite of pursuit support services for this state government CM competition. Renderings depicted the proposed office building and parking structure in context on the Capitol Circle campus, giving evaluators a concrete visual reference for the project's scale and character. Animations brought the facility to life in motion, illustrating how the building and garage would function together as a workplace complex. PRESWERX also built a structured presentation organized around the owner's stated evaluation criteria, then worked with the client's team through presentation coaching sessions to sharpen delivery, align messaging across presenters, and prepare the team for the question-and-answer format of a state selection interview.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX approached this pursuit as an integrated challenge: the visuals, the presentation, and the coaching all needed to reinforce the same story. The work centered on three priorities:
Produced renderings and animations calibrated to the Capitol Circle context, making the proposed complex feel grounded in its setting and appropriate to a state government campus.
Structured the presentation to address both the office building and parking garage components in a way that felt unified rather than episodic, reflecting the team's ability to manage a multi-structure delivery.
Ran coaching sessions focused on state interview expectations, preparing each presenter to speak with clarity and authority while functioning as a cohesive team under committee scrutiny.
The result was a pursuit package where every element, visual, narrative, and delivery, worked together to build evaluator confidence.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX delivered a complete, interview-ready pursuit package built to the standard of a competitive state government selection. Each deliverable served a specific role:
Renderings gave evaluators a clear visual picture of the proposed complex, grounding the team's qualifications in a tangible representation of what the finished project could look like.
Animations elevated the presentation beyond static materials, showing the building and garage in motion and communicating how the campus addition would function as a working state facility.
Presentation coaching sharpened the team's live performance, ensuring each presenter was prepared, aligned, and confident walking into the state selection interview.
The client entered the selection process with a fully realized pursuit package and a team ready to compete at the level the state owner expected.
