CSD Dallas No 3 was a cold storage and distribution warehouse developed for Cold Summit in Dallas, Texas. The facility represented the third in a series of purpose-built logistics assets designed to support Cold Summit's growing distribution network in the region. The project demanded a visually compelling pursuit package that could clearly articulate the scale and capabilities of the facility to evaluators. PRESWERX was engaged to develop a comprehensive proposal, high-fidelity renderings, and animations that brought the building's design and operational promise to life ahead of the selection process.
