Project Overview
CSD Dallas No 2 was a cold storage and distribution warehouse facility developed for Cold Summit in the Dallas, Texas region. The project represented the second in a series of facilities for the owner and required the client to present a clear, detailed pursuit package that conveyed both the technical capability and visual quality of the planned warehouse. To support the competitive pursuit, the client engaged PRESWERX to produce a complete submission package, including a written proposal, architectural renderings, and animated visualizations that brought the facility concept to life for Cold Summit's selection team.

Client Challenges
The client needed to make a strong case in a competitive selection for a large cold storage and distribution facility:
Translating a complex warehouse scope into a cohesive pursuit narrative
Visualizing the facility design before construction began
Differentiating the team through high-quality animated and rendered content
Presenting a story that addressed the owner's operational and design priorities
Without strong visual assets and clear written communication, the team's qualifications alone would not carry the weight they deserved.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX developed a full pursuit package for the CSD Dallas No 2 warehouse bid. The written proposal organized the client's team qualifications, project approach, and relevant experience into a structured, persuasive document tailored to Cold Summit's evaluation criteria. Architectural renderings illustrated the facility's exterior and interior character, giving the owner a clear picture of the finished product. Animated visualizations extended that communication further, showing spatial relationships and key design elements in motion. Together, the three deliverables gave the client a complete, polished submission package ready for review.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX approached this pursuit as a storytelling challenge, aligning every deliverable around a single narrative that communicated the client's strengths and the facility's quality.
Structured the proposal content to reflect Cold Summit's stated priorities and evaluation criteria
Produced architectural renderings calibrated to communicate the warehouse's scale and operational design
Developed animations that walked reviewers through the facility in a clear and engaging sequence
The result was a submission package with a coherent visual and written voice throughout.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX delivered a complete, three-part pursuit package that held the client to a high standard of presentation quality across every deliverable.
The written proposal gave the client a structured, persuasive document ready for submission
Architectural renderings gave Cold Summit a clear, detailed view of the proposed facility
Animated visualizations demonstrated the space and design in a dynamic format that still images alone could not provide
The client entered the selection process with a cohesive, professional package that clearly communicated both capability and vision.
