Project Overview
The Tennessee Department of Transportation launched the CMGC07 procurement to replace aging bridge structures on I-55 and SR-14, with a mandate to improve safety, honor a tight budget, and complete construction no later than December 31, 2028. The program placed equal weight on innovative design, rigorous schedule management, and a collaborative partnership among the contractor, designer, and agency. Minimizing disruption to the traveling public was a central requirement throughout the multi-year construction effort.
