Project Overview
Nova Southeastern University undertook a major expansion of its Health Professions precinct with the College of Dental Medicine Clinical Facility, a $62 million, 135,000-square-foot, three-level building in Davie, Florida. The facility was the first phase of a two-phase campus development, designed to house NSU's dental clinics across nine specialty areas, including an emerging innovations practice lab, faculty practice clinics, oral surgery, and postdoctoral residency programs in eight disciplines. The project targeted 252 combined chair stations across general and postdoctoral programs, and was designed to achieve LEED certification. The client engaged PRESWERX to develop the pursuit proposal and presentation, and to deliver presentation coaching for the competitive selection.

Client Challenges
The client faced a competitive pursuit for a technically dense, specialized facility with a major research university as the owner. Communicating the full scope and ambition of a multi-specialty dental campus required a pursuit package that was both technically credible and visually compelling:
The 135,000 SF program, spanning three levels and nine specialty clinic types with 252 planned chair stations, demanded a pursuit narrative that made layered complexity feel organized and purposeful.
The client needed visual materials that conveyed design quality and program clarity to the selection panel before construction began.
A live selection interview required the team to be prepared with consistent messaging and confident delivery under pressure.
Each of these challenges pointed toward the same need: a unified communications strategy where the proposal, the presentation, and the team's own performance all told the same story.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX developed a full pursuit package for the College of Dental Medicine selection. The engagement began with a comprehensive proposal structured to communicate the project's complexity, the team's relevant experience, and the university's program goals in a clear, persuasive narrative. A custom presentation was then built to carry that story into the interview room, translating a 135,000 SF program across nine specialty clinic types and 252 combined chair stations into a visual sequence the selection panel could absorb and remember. PRESWERX also delivered presentation coaching, working directly with the client's team to sharpen their messaging, timing, and delivery ahead of the live evaluation.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX approached the pursuit as a single communications challenge, finding the core story inside a technically complex program and building every deliverable around it:
Distilled the project's layered program, including eight dental specialties, 252 planned chair stations, and a phased campus development strategy, into a clear, owner-focused narrative that gave the selection panel a reason to believe in the team.
Designed the presentation to guide the panel through the project's scale and ambition without overwhelming them with technical detail.
Coached the client's team on messaging, timing, and presence to ensure their delivery matched the quality of the materials going into the live interview.
The goal throughout was coherence: a proposal, a presentation, and a prepared team that all reinforced the same story.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX delivered a fully integrated pursuit package calibrated to the demands of a $62 million university health facility with an engaged institutional owner:
The proposal gave the selection panel a thorough, organized account of the team's capability and project understanding well before the interview.
The presentation translated a dense, nine-specialty clinical program into a clear visual story the client's team could own and deliver with confidence.
Presentation coaching sharpened the team's messaging and presence, ensuring they walked into the live evaluation prepared to perform.
The client's team went into the selection with materials and delivery that matched the scale and seriousness of the project.
