Project Overview

The Savannah II warehouse development was a major industrial opportunity development opportunity in Savannah, Georgia, situated within one of the most active port corridors on the East Coast. The project represented a second facility for the owner in the Savannah market, signaling continued confidence in the region as a distribution and logistics hub. The client, a construction firm with deep experience in industrial delivery, pursued the project and needed pursuit materials strong enough to stand out in a competitive field. PRESWERX was engaged to develop the full package: a proposal, architectural renderings, and animations that together told a clear, compelling story about the client's readiness and vision for the site.

Client Challenges

Pursuing a second major industrial facility in the same market raised the stakes for the client. The selection package had to do more than check the boxes:

  • Visualizing a warehouse program at a level of quality and specificity that communicated genuine design intent before construction began

  • Differentiating the team in a competitive industrial market where multiple experienced contractors were pursuing the same work

  • Presenting a proposal that aligned the client's construction capabilities with the owner's operational and site-specific expectations

Every challenge pointed to the same need: a pursuit package that was specific, polished, and built around this project.

Scope of Work

PRESWERX delivered a complete pursuit package for this industrial opportunity. The engagement began with a custom proposal document that organized the client's qualifications, project understanding, and execution approach into a narrative the owner could follow clearly. Alongside the proposal, PRESWERX produced architectural renderings calibrated to the industrial program, conveying scale, site organization, and building quality at a level of detail that made the facility feel real before a single permit was pulled. The package was completed with animations that gave the owner a dynamic, immersive view of the finished project, adding a dimension most competitor submissions would not include.

PRESWERX Approach

PRESWERX approached this engagement as a narrative challenge. Each deliverable was designed to carry the same message: this team understood the project and was ready to build it.

  • Developed a proposal architecture that moved logically from project understanding through team qualifications to a concrete execution plan, removing friction for any reviewer

  • Produced renderings that addressed the industrial typology directly, emphasizing building form, site utilization, and operational flow rather than generic architectural polish

  • Animated the project to give the owner a multi-angle view of the finished facility, elevating the client's submission beyond static imagery alone

The result was a cohesive package where every piece reinforced the client's position as the right team for this project.

Results Delivered

PRESWERX produced a pursuit package that held together visually and narratively across every deliverable. The materials were held to the standard expected for a competitive industrial pursuit in a high-volume port market.

  • The proposal gave the owner a clear, organized read of the client's plan and qualifications, reducing the effort required to evaluate the submission

  • The renderings established design quality and site-specific intent before any construction decisions had been made, reinforcing the client's technical credibility

  • The animations gave the submission a visual dimension that most competitors could not match, strengthening the client's presence in the selection process

The client went into the selection with materials that reflected the full strength of their team and the seriousness of their pursuit.
