Project Overview
The $27,000,000 Clewiston Field Station Relocation delivered a new operational campus for the South Florida Water Management District in Clewiston, Florida. The program encompassed a 16,820 SF Field Station Staff Building housing operations, maintenance, and administrative offices alongside common use and support spaces, and a 20,000 SF Fleet Maintenance Building featuring maintenance bays, fabrication areas, and general warehouse storage. Supporting facilities included conference space, emergency operations, storage, fueling, communications infrastructure, and a helipad, creating a fully self-sufficient field station capable of supporting the district's regional mission. The client engaged PRESWERX to develop a pursuit presentation and coaching for the selection interview.

Client Challenges
Pursuing a $27,000,000 government field station relocation required the client to demonstrate the ability to deliver a technically complex, multi-facility campus for a specialized public agency:
Communicating the breadth of a campus program spanning office, emergency operations, fleet maintenance, fueling, communications, and helipad facilities within a single, cohesive pursuit narrative.
Positioning the team to execute a build for a water management district with highly specific operational requirements tied to emergency response and field operations.
Differentiating the team in a public procurement where the owner's evaluation would center on demonstrated capability to deliver mission-critical infrastructure on time.
The client needed a presentation that matched the technical complexity and operational stakes of the project.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX developed and refined the pursuit presentation for the Clewiston Field Station Relocation, building a narrative organized around the project's two primary structures and the operational requirements they were designed to serve. The presentation addressed the 16,820 SF Field Station Staff Building and the 20,000 SF Fleet Maintenance Building alongside the full range of supporting facilities, connecting the client's technical approach to the South Florida Water Management District's mission. Coaching sessions then prepared the client's presenters to deliver the material with confidence and authority in front of the district's selection team.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX focused on translating a multi-building, multi-function campus program into a presentation that read as coherent and achievable for a specialized government owner. The team addressed three priorities:
Structuring the narrative to frame the two primary buildings as a unified operational campus rather than separate construction deliverables.
Developing content that addressed SFWMD's mission-specific needs, including emergency operations capability, fleet maintenance, and communications infrastructure.
Coaching presenters to deliver with confidence to a technical public agency audience evaluating complex field station infrastructure.
The result was a client team prepared to match the operational depth of the owner's questions.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX delivered a pursuit presentation and coaching process built for the expectations of a specialized government procurement:
The presentation organized a multi-facility campus program into a clear, missiongrounded narrative aligned to the South Florida Water Management District's operational requirements.
Coaching sessions refined each presenter's delivery, producing a confident and rehearsed team prepared for a technical government audience.
The client entered the selection with a unified message that conveyed both the scope of the build and the specificity of their approach.
The team entered the room ready to speak to every dimension of the project.
