Project Overview
The City of Houston South Central Police Department was a $16,000,000 public safety facility in Houston, Texas. The two-story building encompassed a council chamber, courtroom, administrative offices, detention holding cells, a 911 emergency dispatch center, and a sally port. The design was developed alongside the master planning of the surrounding city park, with natural light, shadow, and views serving as central architectural influences. Clerestories, curtain wall glazing, and a large picture window porch maximized transparency and connection to the landscape. To support the pursuit, the client engaged PRESWERX to develop the proposal, the selection presentation, and provide presentation coaching.

The client faced a high-profile public safety pursuit requiring both a strong written proposal and a competitive live interview:
