Project Overview
Christopher Columbus High School, an all-boys Catholic college-preparatory institution operated by the Marist Brothers in Miami, Florida, undertook a major campus transformation. The project centered on a new two-story, 47,000 SF All-Sports Fitness Complex and Bernhardt Student Wellness Center, featuring weight training, cardio, fitness, and academic support spaces. The scope also included gymnasium and baseball field renovations, parking improvements, and reconfigured student arrival operations, all part of a broader master plan to add 100,000 square feet of athletic facilities to the campus. The client engaged PRESWERX to develop their pursuit package and prepare their team for the selection process.

Client Challenges
The client needed to translate a multi-scoped campus project into a competitive, cohesive pursuit package:
The project spanned a new fitness center, gymnasium renovations, and site improvements, all of which had to read as one unified vision.
Communicating design intent to the owner before construction required compelling visuals and purposeful narrative.
Standing out among qualified competitors required more than a list of qualifications.
All three layers of the pursuit, the proposal, the presentation, and the interview, had to work together.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX delivered a full pursuit package for the Christopher Columbus High School pursuit. The proposal captured the complexity of a multi-phase campus project in a document structured to guide the selection committee through the client's approach, qualifications, and team. The presentation translated that narrative into a visual format built for a live interview setting, with graphics calibrated to the scale and character of the project. PRESWERX also provided presentation coaching to align the team's delivery, tighten their talking points, and prepare them to field questions with confidence. Each deliverable built on the last, creating a pursuit package designed to hold up under scrutiny.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX treated the pursuit as a single, integrated story rather than three separate deliverables:
The proposal led with narrative and positioned the client's experience around the specific demands of this campus project.
The presentation was built for delivery, with visual hierarchy that supported the speaker rather than competing with them.
Coaching sessions focused on message alignment and Q&A preparation, so the team entered the interview unified and ready.
Every deliverable reinforced the same core message from first read to final presentation.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX delivered a complete pursuit package built to perform under competitive selection conditions:
The proposal framed the client's capabilities as a direct response to the project's scope, not a generic qualifications document.
The presentation gave the team a visual platform designed for live delivery, with graphics calibrated to reinforce key messages.
Presentation coaching sharpened message alignment and Q&A readiness, giving the team full command of their material.
The client entered the selection process prepared, polished, and in complete command of their story.
