Project Overview
The client pursued the renovation of two Hall County School District campuses in Gainesville, Georgia: Chestatee High School and Lula Elementary School. The dual-campus project encompassed significant improvements to aging academic facilities, with the goal of modernizing learning environments for students across both grade levels. With two distinct school communities under the same district umbrella, the client needed a pursuit strategy that communicated a cohesive team story while honoring the character of each campus. PRESWERX supported the engagement through proposal development, presentation design, presentation coaching, renderings, animations, and a pursuit film.

Pursuing two school renovation projects under a single procurement created distinct communication challenges for the client's team:

Scope of Work
PRESWERX delivered a full suite of pursuit materials for the Chestatee High School and Lula Elementary School renovation bid. The team produced a proposal document that organized the client's qualifications and project approach into a clear, reader-friendly narrative. Renderings and animations gave the district a concrete visual picture of the planned improvements before a single wall was touched. A pursuit film brought the client's experience and team culture to life for the selection panel. PRESWERX also designed the presentation deck and delivered coaching sessions to sharpen the team's delivery ahead of the live interview.
