Project Overview
The City of Cape Coral set out to expand its North Utilities Complex in Cape Coral, Florida, adding capacity and capability to an existing water treatment facility serving the city's growing residential and commercial base. The project required a pursuit strategy capable of communicating the scope and complexity of expanding active public infrastructure without disrupting the operations it supports. The client engaged PRESWERX to produce renderings and animations to help the team convey the design vision and technical understanding needed to compete for this critical municipal utilities project.
Client Challenges
Pursuing the expansion of an active public utilities facility meant communicating a technically complex scope to a municipal owner with high standards for operational continuity. The core challenges were clear:
Expanding an existing water treatment facility required visuals that placed new construction in context with the operational plant, showing integration rather than presenting the expansion in isolation.
