Project Overview
The Building 103 Carlson Elementary School project in Idaho Springs, Colorado delivered a major renovation at Clear Creek School District's Carlson Elementary School campus. The $26,000,000 project replaced and modernized the existing elementary school within Building 103, consolidating the campus by incorporating existing office functions into the renovated facility. Located along Colorado Highway 103, the project gave the district a fully updated, purpose-built educational environment that supports the learning needs of students while combining school and administrative functions under one roof. The client engaged PRESWERX to develop renderings, animations, a presentation, and coaching in support of the competitive pursuit.
