Project Overview
The Broward County Water and Wastewater Services 2A Water Treatment Plant project was an improvement initiative focused on upgrading and modernizing an existing public water treatment facility in Pompano Beach, Florida. The work aimed to enhance the plant's treatment capabilities and infrastructure to support continued reliable potable water delivery across Broward County's District 2A service area. The technical complexity of the proposed improvements and the scale of the county procurement demanded a comprehensive pursuit package. The client engaged PRESWERX to develop a presentation, produce renderings and animations, and prepare the project team for the competitive selection process.
Client Challenges
The client needed to communicate a technically detailed water treatment plant improvement program to a large county utility owner and distinguish their team in a competitive engineering services pursuit. The core challenges included:

Scope of Work
PRESWERX provided a full suite of pursuit support for the Broward County 2A Water Treatment Plant engagement. The scope included developing a structured presentation tailored to the county's water utility improvement priorities, producing renderings that visualized the proposed facility upgrades, and creating animations that communicated treatment process improvements and facility changes in a format accessible to a mixed evaluating audience.
