Project Overview

Broward College pursued the construction of Buildings 56 and 57 at its North Campus in Coconut Creek, Florida, a $38 million campus construction project designed to add dedicated academic facilities for science, behavioral sciences, and mathematics programs. The project represented a significant investment in the college's North Campus and required a general contractor capable of delivering complex, high-quality academic buildings on an active campus. The client, the general contractor competing for the work, engaged PRESWERX to develop a complete pursuit package that included proposal development, presentation design, presentation coaching, architectural renderings, animated sequences, and film production.

Client Challenges

The client faced a competitive procurement that demanded both technical credibility and a compelling visual story. Two distinct academic buildings and a $38 million project value raised the stakes across every pursuit deliverable:

  • Presenting the scope and quality of two distinct academic buildings as a single, unified campus story

  • Visualizing design character and campus integration before any construction had begun

  • Differentiating a qualified construction team in a competitive field of experienced contractors

  • Preparing the client's leadership for a polished, confident live interview with the Broward College selection panel

Each challenge pointed to the same need: a pursuit package that was as strong as the team behind it.

Scope of Work

PRESWERX delivered a comprehensive pursuit package covering every stage of the competition. The team authored a written proposal that organized the client's qualifications, construction approach, and project-specific narrative into a clear, evaluator-focused document. PRESWERX also designed the interview presentation and led the client's leadership team through structured coaching sessions to sharpen delivery, message hierarchy, and pacing. To bring the project to life, PRESWERX produced architectural renderings, animated sequences, and film content that communicated the scale, aesthetics, and campus integration of both buildings, giving the Broward College selection panel a concrete and compelling picture of the finished project.

PRESWERX Approach

PRESWERX approached this pursuit as a full storytelling challenge, not a document production exercise. With two academic buildings and a $38 million price point, the opportunity required both technical depth and a strong visual narrative:

  • Built the proposal around Broward College's evaluation criteria, leading with the client's campus construction track record before addressing project-specific approach

  • Designed a presentation that advanced the story beyond the proposal, with coaching sessions tuned to panel dynamics and live delivery pressure

  • Produced renderings, animations, and film to give evaluators a clear, confident vision of the completed campus buildings and their impact on students

Every deliverable reinforced the same message: a capable, committed team prepared to deliver.

Results Delivered

PRESWERX produced a complete, interview-ready pursuit package that gave the client professional-grade materials across every stage of the competition:

  • The proposal delivered a structured, evaluator-focused narrative that positioned the client's qualifications and construction approach with precision and clarity

  • Presentation coaching prepared the team to perform under pressure, with consistent messaging and confident delivery from opening to close

  • Renderings, animations, and film translated the design intent into a vivid, immediate visual experience that gave the selection panel a concrete sense of the finished campus

The client entered the interview confident, coordinated, and backed by a pursuit package that matched the quality of their work.
