The Boynton Beach Yacht Club was a waterfront mixed-use development in Boynton Beach, Florida, designed to revitalize a prime marina district with hotel accommodations, residential units, and upscale marina amenities. The project carried a high level of public visibility and required the client to communicate a compelling development vision to an owner who needed to see and feel the finished product before any construction began.
