The City of Boca Raton undertook development of a new municipal complex built around the operational needs of its fleet services division. The project centered on constructing a new fleet maintenance garage with additional parking levels to accommodate City vehicles, consolidating critical infrastructure into a purpose-built facility designed for long-term municipal use. The client, a leading general contractor pursuing this public-sector opportunity, needed to communicate the depth and quality of its approach to a discerning government owner. PRESWERX partnered with the client's team to develop the full pursuit package, covering the written proposal, presentation materials, and coaching support.

Scope of Work
