Project Overview
The Blue Bird new manufacturing plant brought a 600,000 square foot factory to Fort Valley, Georgia, purpose built to produce electric school buses and support approximately 400 workers. The facility represented a major investment in electric vehicle manufacturing capacity, expanding production footprint in the region. Its scale, spanning more than half a million square feet, made it one of the larger industrial developments in the area. For the pursuit, the client engaged PRESWERX to develop the renderings and animations needed to visualize the plant before construction began.
Client Challenges
Presenting a large scale manufacturing facility for a growing electric vehicle producer required addressing several hurdles:
Communicating the scale of a 600,000 square foot factory before a single wall was built.
Visualizing how the finished plant would support electric bus production and a 400 person workforce.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX developed the renderings and animations used to support the pursuit of the Blue Bird new manufacturing plant. The renderings translated the 600,000 square foot factory into clear visuals of its scale and layout in Fort Valley, Georgia. Animations added movement and context to the facility, illustrating how the completed plant would function as a hub for electric school bus production. Each visual was built to convey both the size of the investment and the industrial character of the finished facility to reviewers evaluating the proposed project.
