Project Overview
BJC Healthcare's ambulatory strategy called for a series of scalable, templated outpatient buildings distributed across the St. Louis region. Each facility was organized around a flexible program designed to accommodate modular additions, with greenfield sites and surface parking supporting efficient delivery at multiple locations. The scope encompassed full design and construction across several building scales, all anchored to a common set of room standards developed to guide the broader rollout. The client brought PRESWERX onto the pursuit to develop the proposal, presentation, and visual content needed to make a compelling case to the owner.

Client Challenges
Pursuing a multi-building ambulatory program meant the client needed to communicate both scale and flexibility to a discerning healthcare owner. Key challenges included:
Translating a templated, scalable building concept into a clear narrative for a non-construction audience
Visualizing finished facilities that existed only on paper, across multiple site configurations
Differentiating the team's approach to healthcare delivery within a competitive field
Preparing leadership to present the program confidently during a live owner interview
Each challenge demanded materials that were not only polished but attuned to the owner's priorities.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX developed a comprehensive pursuit package tailored to the complexity of a multi-site ambulatory program. The team produced a full written proposal that organized the project scope, program options, and team qualifications into a unified, owner-focused document. Renderings brought the scalable facility concepts to life visually, showing how the templated building forms would translate into real environments across greenfield sites. Animated sequences gave the client's team dynamic tools to convey phasing and modularity in a live presentation setting. PRESWERX also developed the formal presentation deck and delivered coaching sessions to ensure the client's team was prepared to perform under pressure.

PRESWERX Approach
The team approached this pursuit as a storytelling problem. The client needed to connect a technically complex, multi-site program to the owner's vision for patient-centered ambulatory care, so PRESWERX structured every deliverable around a single cohesive narrative:
Developed the written proposal as a strategic document that addressed the owner's program objectives directly, not just a qualifications package
Created renderings and animations that visualized the scalable facility concept in realistic site contexts to make the program tangible
Coached the client's leadership team through presentation rehearsals to sharpen messaging and build confidence before the live selection event
The result was a pursuit package that felt unified, purposeful, and built around what the owner needed to see.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX delivered a pursuit package that held the client's team to a high standard across every touchpoint. The materials were cohesive, visually compelling, and calibrated to the expectations of a sophisticated healthcare owner:
The proposal organized a complex, multi-building scope into a clear owner-focused narrative with consistent messaging throughout
Renderings and animations gave the client's team visual tools that made the templated building concept tangible and credible
Presentation coaching prepared the client's leadership to deliver the program story with clarity and conviction on selection day
Heading into the selection, the client's team was organized, confident, and equipped with materials that reflected the full strength of their approach.
