The Baptist Health South Florida Pembroke Pines Integrated Care Center was an ambitious healthcare expansion for one of South Florida's most recognized health systems. The three-story facility encompassed approximately 60,000 square feet and brought together emergency care, brain and spine care, heart and vascular care, and primary care services under one roof in Pembroke Pines, FL. The project represented a significant investment in community health access for Broward County. To compete for this high-profile healthcare opportunity, the client turned to PRESWERX for a complete pursuit package spanning proposal, presentation, visual production, and coaching.
