Project Overview
Collier County Public Schools pursued the development of a new K-5 elementary school in Ave Maria, Florida, designed to serve 500 students on a site along Anthem Parkway. The project carried a value of $24 million and represented a meaningful expansion of educational infrastructure in a growing residential community. The client served as general contractor and needed compelling visual content to support its pursuit. Scope of Work
