Project Overview
Atrium Health pursued renovations and aesthetic improvements to its SouthPark Medical Plaza II campus in Charlotte, North Carolina. The scope encompassed a fourstory medical office building designed for ambulatory healthcare occupancy, a pedestrian bridge connecting the building to the adjacent Medical Plaza I, and a sixlevel parking deck expansion totaling 130,000 square feet and 427 new spaces added to the southwest elevation of the existing structure. The $9 million project required a construction team that could navigate an active healthcare environment while delivering a finished product worthy of a flagship medical campus. The client engaged PRESWERX to develop and coach the live selection presentation.

Client Challenges
The client needed to make a strong case for a multi-component healthcare renovation in a competitive selection where delivery confidence and healthcare fluency were as important as the numbers:
Presenting a scope that spanned renovation, aesthetic improvements, pedestrian connectivity, and a major parking structure expansion as a unified, coherent project narrative.
Demonstrating the team's experience and sensitivity to working in an active ambulatory healthcare environment where patient and staff disruption had to be minimized throughout construction.
Differentiating from competitors with comparable qualifications by showing a deeper understanding of Atrium Health's campus goals and long-term vision.
Preparing for a live interview where the team's composure and command of the details would be as visible as their credentials.
The presentation had to do more than recap the proposal. It needed to make the evaluation panel feel confident that this team understood what it meant to build inside a working medical campus.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX built and coached the live selection presentation for the Atrium SouthPark Medical Plaza II pursuit. The team worked with the client to develop a presentation structure that moved evaluators logically through the project scope, the team's healthcare construction experience, and the specific approach to managing work in an occupied medical setting. PRESWERX then led focused coaching sessions that prepared each presenter to own their section, field evaluator questions confidently, and hold the panel's attention from the first slide to the final handshake. The goal was a team that walked into the room unified, prepared, and impossible to rattle.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX focused the presentation strategy on one central question every evaluator in the room was asking: can this team be trusted to build in our hospital without disrupting care?
Structured the presentation narrative to lead with the team's healthcare construction track record, then connect it directly to the specific conditions and sensitivities of the SouthPark campus.
Developed talking points and transitions that kept the presentation moving with a clear throughline rather than a sequence of disconnected project summaries.
Coached the team through live rehearsals with a focus on question handling, panel eye contact, and presenting as a cohesive unit rather than a collection of individual speakers.
The result was a presentation that felt less like a pitch and more like a conversation with a team that already understood the job.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX delivered a structured, well-coached presentation tailored to the expectations and priorities of a major healthcare owner.
A clear presentation narrative gave evaluators a logical path through the scope, the team's qualifications, and the construction approach, without requiring them to connect the dots themselves.
Targeted coaching sessions sharpened each presenter's delivery and built the team's confidence in handling questions from a panel with deep healthcare construction knowledge.
Rehearsal-based preparation ensured the team presented as a unified front, with consistent messaging and the composure to handle scrutiny under interview conditions.
The client entered the selection ready to perform, with a presentation that matched the professionalism and standards Atrium Health expected from a partner on its medical campus.
